Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive enterprise Salesforce solutions into top Financial Services accounts across the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. You will own the end-to-end sales process, build pipeline, and close multi-stakeholder deals.

You will forecast revenue, expand strategic accounts, collaborate with Sales Engineers and Partners, and maintain a robust pipeline while exceeding quotas in a fast-paced, performance-driven team.

Qualifications

• You're Our Person If you have a track record of successfully selling into large enterprise accounts, ideally within Financial Services Industry segments.
• You're Our Person If you bring significant experience in enterprise solution sales, with consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
• You're Our Person If you can drive and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
• Even Better If you have Experience with strategic account planning and execution.
• Even Better If you have A track record selling to C-level executives across both IT and business units in Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
• Even Better If you have Strong technical competence paired with consultative selling skills, including articulating a clear return-on-investment value statement.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into enterprise accounts within an assigned territory, driving new business while expanding existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a qualified target account list and go-to-market territory strategy, developing pipeline through prospecting, market knowledge, and strategic outreach.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners as needed to position Salesforce through value-based selling and business-case development.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline data and deliver reliable monthly forecasts.
