Job summary

EY Philippines is seeking a recruitment professional to join the Talent Acquisition and Attraction team on a 12-month project-based contract. You will build strategic relationships with hiring teams, develop sourcing strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or HRM and 3–5 years of experience, with strong expertise in candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and high-volume recruitment using LinkedIn and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in in-house or outsourced environments.
• Experience with sourcing techniques and building candidate pipelines.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for at least one hiring team to ensure effective recruitment.
• Develop strategic sourcing solutions and guide Service Line leaders.
• Manage client relationships and understand their talent needs.
• Perform full life-cycle recruitment per global procedures and best practices.

About the Opportunity

As part of our Talent Acquisition and Attraction team, you'll build strategic relationships with leaders and other teams across our complex business. Understanding our business issues and imperatives and identifying and implementing recruitment solutions will extend your talents. This is a project-based contract position with a duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the key point of contact for at least one of the hiring teams to ensure effective and timely recruitment.
• Execute talent acquisition strategies through various sourcing techniques and be a subject matter expert and guide to the Service Line leaders. Develop strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates.
• Manage the client relationship with various stakeholders, to understand their business goals and anticipate their talent needs.
• Perform the full-life cycle recruitment process, and ensure that this is carried out in accordance with global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles.
• Take the initiative to manage qualified candidates to engage them in current or future opportunities.
• Ensure a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle.
• Relationship management and networking is a critical component to be successful in this role.
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs.

Skills & attributes for success:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience, in both, or either/or in-house and outsourced environment handling technical/niche roles will be a plus but not required
• Ability to build pipeline of candidates through various sourcing techniques which includes but is not limited to researching the market, interviewing candidates, obtaining leads and diversity recruiting.
• Experience in high volume recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with using social media/networking site like LinkedIn and ATS tools.
