The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operational reliability of retail stores and distribution centers. This role ensures that all facilities, equipment, utilities, and building systems are maintained to the highest standards through effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs. The position also ensures compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while supporting store operations, expansion projects, and continuous facility improvements.
Lead facilities maintenance operations across stores and distribution centers, ensuring all buildings, systems, and equipment operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize asset performance, minimize downtime, and support uninterrupted business operations.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, including Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and DENR regulations.
Provide technical leadership and operational support by partnering with store and distribution center teams to troubleshoot facility issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Support store expansion and improvement projects by coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver safe, timely, and compliant project execution.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, engineering operations, or a similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, building systems, utilities, and facility safety standards.
Familiarity with OSHS, BFP, DENR, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Proven experience managing contractors, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to travel regularly to stores and distribution centers as required.
