Job summary

Robinsons Appliances Corp. in the Philippines seeks an Engineering Supervisor to oversee maintenance, safety, and reliability of stores and distribution centers. You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with OSHS, BFP, and DENR standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with store teams on expansions, guiding technical staff, and driving continuous facility improvements to support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, building systems, utilities, and facility safety standards.
• Familiarity with OSHS, BFP, DENR and other regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience managing contractors, vendors, and multiple projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities maintenance operations across stores and distribution centers to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
• Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize asset performance and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (OSHS, BFP, DENR).
• Provide technical leadership and operational support with store and distribution center teams.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver safe, timely project execution.
• Support store expansion and improvement projects with effective project execution.
