Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Professional Engineer (P.E.) is a strong advantage.
• 3–5 years in maintenance/engineering within food processing or heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Hands‑on mastery of industrial refrigeration (ammonia preferred), electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Execution: Implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PPM) plans for farm facilities and plant lines.
• Refrigeration Expertise: Oversee ammonia/Freon industrial cooling systems, blast freezers, and cold storage units.
• Downtime Minimization: Lead technical troubleshooting, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure rapid emergency repairs.
• Project Management: Execute capital expense (CapEx) projects, process automation, and equipment upgrades on time and within budget.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce LOTO, OHSAS safety rules, and HACCP/GMP/NMIS during all maintenance work.

What You Will Do

• Maintenance Execution: Implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PPM) plans for farm facilities (ventilation, feeding) and plant lines (dressing, stunning, packaging).

• Refrigeration Expertise: Oversee ammonia/Freon industrial cooling systems, blast freezers, and cold storage units.

• Downtime Minimization: Lead technical troubleshooting, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure rapid emergency repairs.

• Project Management: Execute capital expense (CapEx) projects, process automation, and equipment upgrades on time and within budget.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), OHSAS safety rules, and strict food safety compliance (HACCP/GMP/NMIS) during all maintenance work.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Licensed Professional Engineer / P.E. is a strong advantage).

• Experience: 3–5 years in maintenance/engineering roles within food processing, poultry/meat operations, or heavy industrial manufacturing.

• Technical Skills: Hands‑on mastery of industrial refrigeration (ammonia preferred), electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Key Attributes: Strong diagnostic skills, safety‑first mindset, vendor management capability, and leadership under pressure.
