Job summary

Fresh N'Famous Foods Inc. - Chowking in the Philippines seeks an Engineering Supervisor (Refrigeration Freon Technology) to lead the operation, maintenance and optimization of refrigeration and utility systems at our facility in Muntinlupa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a valid PRC license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in food manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in Refrigeration Freon Technology operation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of process equipment, ventilation, electrical and steam systems, compressed air, water systems, and rotating equipment maintenance.
• Experience in utilities management, preventive maintenance, and engineering project implementation.
• Background in sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation, maintenance, and performance optimization of refrigeration, ventilation, and other utility systems, including electrical, boiler, wastewater, and air compressor facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, oversee CAPEX projects, and drive sustainability initiatives focused on resource efficiency and cost reduction.
• Manage third-party service providers and ensure compliance with operational standards, safety requirements, and quality systems.
• Support plant operations by serving as Officer of the Day when required, participating in governance meetings, and monitoring utility performance through daily log sheet reviews.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on reports and projects while leading corrective actions and participating in QM, EOSH, and FSSC audits to ensure regulatory and food safety compliance.

Job Qualifications
