Bestank Manufacturing Corporation seeks a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee plant machinery, facilities, and the physical condition of buildings. This role drives repair and preventive maintenance planning and leads a technical team to sustain high operational standards.
Responsibilities include developing an Annual Preventive Maintenance Schedule, planning corrective programs, and ensuring GMP and OSHS compliance while maintaining cost-efficient operations.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant machinery, equipment, facilities, and the physical condition of buildings.
Develop and implement an effective Annual Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all assets.
Plan and execute corrective maintenance programs that are cost-efficient and responsive.
Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Set goals, prioritize tasks, and guide the technical team in achieving departmental objectives.
Inspect equipment, structures, or materials to detect defects or potential issues.
Present technical proposals, reports, and safety/security measures to Regional Branch Heads or Directors.
Coordinate and manage engineering activities related to events, programs, and special projects.
Perform administrative functions such as report writing, budget reviews, procurement approvals, and policy enforcement.
Lead, develop, and motivate the engineering team to maintain high performance standards.
Supervise installation, testing, operation, and repair of equipment, facilities, and company vehicles.
Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
With a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership role.
With proven experience in planning, scheduling, directing, and controlling maintenance activities to ensure continuous and efficient plant operations.
With strong leadership skills, decision-making and organizational skills
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), environmental regulations, fire safety systems, and other applicable government requirements.
With strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.)
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (8am to 5pm)
