Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. seeks an Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance, plant facilities, and machinery efficiency in our Laguna operations. You will lead a team, enforce preventive maintenance programs, and ensure safety procedures across the site.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Mechanical Engineer with food-manufacturing experience, knowledge of electrical controls and PLCs, and strong cost-control skills to meet budgets.

Qualifications

• Registered Mechanical Engineer with licensure in good standing.
• Experience in food manufacturing and facility machines.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance management.
• Familiarity with electrical controls and PLC is an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership to form a strong, interactive team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily maintenance inspection and monitoring of machine and plant facilities for efficiency and safety.
• Develops and implements a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to preclude breakdowns.
• Enforces security and safety procedures including Fire Alarm/Detection, emergency drills.
• Submits technical maintenance reports detailing repairs or replacements.
• Provides support to manufacturing departments and optimizes workflow integration.
• Controls costs to meet company budget goals.
• Prepares project cost estimates and drawings with canvass sheets and bids.
• Assists contractors for repair or installation of machines.
• Willing to be assigned in Mexico Pampanga or Cabuyao City, Laguna.

Job Description:

1. Oversees daily maintenance inspection, monitoring of machine and plant facilities breakdowns to ensure efficiency and safety operation.
2. Develop and strictly implement comprehensive preventive maintenance program to preclude unnecessary breakdowns, unscheduled repairs and or replacement.
3. Strictly enforce security and safety procedures including but not limited to Fire Alarm and Detection System, emergency preparedness program, earthquake drills and fire drills.
4. Responsible for submitting technical maintenance report requiring repair and or replacement due to machine breakdown.
5. Provide support to all manufacturing departments and manage the efficient integration of workflow.
6. Control cost to achieve the company budget goals.
7. Prepare the project cost estimate and drawings supported by canvass sheets and bids from accredited contractors / suppliers.
8. Assist contractors for the repair and /or installation of machines.
9. Willing to be assigned in Mexico Pampanga or Cabuyao City, Laguna
