Job summary

Lennor Group is seeking an Engineering Sales Representative in Cebu City to achieve sales targets and manage client accounts in the specialty chemicals sector. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and possess at least 3 years of relevant sales experience.

This is an onsite position offering a salary range of ₱40,000 - ₱60,000. Applicants should have good presentation and negotiation skills, and be results-oriented with a strong command of English.

Salary Range: ₱40,000 - ₱60,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Cebu City

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted sales target and profit based on company direction.
• Represent company in defined markets i.e. OEM (General Industry, Electronics Industry and Allied Industries), EMS.
• Explore and capture new business opportunities in assigned territory.
• Manage existing accounts in assigned territory.
• Analyze and anticipate competitors’ activities in assigned territory.
• Engage in both commercial and technical requirements of customers.
• Collaborate with regional teams on sales, technical, quality and supply related concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical).
• Minimum of 3-years’ sales experience in specialty chemicals in electronics and/or industrial markets – with adhesive and dispensing system background a plus.
• Account management skills is a plus.
• Preferably with presentation, selling and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and committed to target achievement.
• Can work under pressure.
• Good command of English language in both verbal and written.
• Good personality, Sales-motivated and Service-minded.
• Good computer skills in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point), E-mail and Internet.
• Can work independently and a team player.
• Has own car and with valid driver’s license.
