Job summary

Accent Micro Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Head to oversee pre-sales, post-sales and overall project management for assigned teams in Pasig. The role blends technical leadership with hands-on delivery to ensure projects meet scope, time, and quality requirements.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, and drive field operations, construction and telecom roll-outs when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) required.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in design, estimation, and implementation of projects.
• Field work willingness and ability to cover diverse sites.

JOB SUMMARY

The Engineering Head will be primarily responsible in overseeing pre-sales, post-sales and overall project management technical services to projects assigned to the team.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
• At least 5-10 Year(s) of working background in the design, estimation, and implementation of projects.
• Candidate must possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage large teams and oversee multiple projects.
• Background in Construction and telco & roll-out is an advantage.
• Candidate must be willing to do field work.
