Job summary

inspiro seeks an Application Support Specialist in Metro Manila to assist in resolving system issues, triaging incidents, and ensuring timely resolution within SLA.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS, 1–2 years in support, strong SQL querying skills, and familiarity with MSSQL architecture and monitoring tools. Experience with AI/ML in business apps is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field

Required Skills and Work Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in application support or technical support, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform technical problem resolution, including troubleshooting and root cause identification for system issues.
• Experience in ticket management systems (e.g., logging, tracking, resolving, and escalating incidents within SLA).
• Working knowledge of incident and service request management processes, ensuring timely resolution and proper prioritization.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases and SQL querying for data validation and issue investigation.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and ability to identify and respond to system alerts and anomalies.
• Understanding of existing and emerging technologies, with the ability to adapt and apply tools that improve operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Core Competencies:

• Proven experience building applications from scratch using .NET and C#.
• The ability to modify and refactor complex legacy code.
• Strong MSSQL database architecture skills (designing tables/relations, not just querying).
• Hands-on experience in AI/Machine Learning implementation within business apps.
