Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong written communication for announcements and internal materials.
• Experience planning and executing employee activities or events.
• Budget management and cost awareness in welfare programs.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute employee engagement and culture initiatives to boost participation and organizational connection.
• Drive internal communications and culture initiatives, including announcements, newsletters, town halls, and recognition programs.
• Serve as the primary PIC for the Welfare Committee, managing benefits, festive activities, and annual welfare programs.
• Manage Welfare Committee budgets, balancing cost with the needs of diverse employee groups.
• Coordinate with Regional team to align resources and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with external vendors to coordinate events, catering, and related services.
