Job summary

HRTx Inc in the Philippines seeks a Head of Organizational Culture & Engagement to shape workplace culture and employee experience. You will lead enterprise-wide engagement initiatives, drive onboarding, and partner with HR, Internal Communications, and business leaders to translate feedback into action.

The role requires 10–12 years of HR experience, leading culture programs, and strong communication, analytics, and program management skills, with a focus on employee listening, engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of HR experience with exposure to engagement, culture initiatives, or employee experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide engagement or culture programs and collaborating with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enterprise culture and engagement initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
• Design programs that reinforce values and strengthen workplace culture.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to embed initiatives across the organization.
• Manage employee engagement surveys and listening channels.
• Analyze feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement action plans with HR and leadership.
• Oversee internal communications related to engagement and culture initiatives.
• Support onboarding and early talent experiences with cultural alignment.
