Job summary

AECO Energy is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead the go-to-market for our energy SaaS solutions in the Philippines. You will engage senior executives, develop market opportunities, and drive adoption of our innovative software across generators, retailers, and utilities.

You will own the commercial journey from market development to deal closure, collaborating with Product, Legal, and Operations to deliver measurable value and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, SaaS, technology, or related commercial role.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing the full sales cycle.
• Experience selling SaaS, software, technology, data, analytics, or energy solutions is an advantage.
• Strong experience engaging senior executives, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders.
• CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Philippine energy market.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of target customers and prospects.
• Execute go-to-market strategies for AECO's energy SaaS solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and commercial discussions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
