Stand out for this role — generate a tailored resume and cover letter in about a minute.
AECO Services Inc. is hiring for a Senior Enterprise SaaS Sales role focused on the Philippine market. You will win Gemini’s first customers, then turn them into proof points for broader adoption across a defined set of 300–350 organizations, including generators and retailers.
Expect multi-stakeholder engagements across CEO, CFO, trading, risk, IT, and pre-sales teams. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle: research, plan, pitch, pilot, go-live, and post-sale expansion, with a strong emphasis
On-target earnings: ₱120,000 - ₱200,000 per month
Electricity in the Philippines is contracted the hard way. Tenders run on spreadsheets and email. Bilateral agreements are administered by hand, positions tracked manually, settlements reconciled weeks late. Every bit of that inefficiency ends up as a risk premium in the price a Philippine business pays for power.
Gemini is the Philippines' first SaaS platform for automated electricity procurement and risk management. It takes a participant from portfolio model to priced quote to executed, notarised contract to settled invoice in under thirty minutes, in a market that still does that work over weeks of spreadsheets and email. It is built in-house, protected by five patent-pending applications, and priced at roughly half of the alternatives.
That gives you something sellers rarely get: the better product and the better price at the same time, with the numbers to prove it on a customer's own book. Your job is to make that case well, and honestly.
Gemini is the tool participants use to run their own tenders and administer their own bilateral agreements. You'll be making that distinction clearly, and often.
Your entire addressable market is roughly 300 to 350 organisations: generators, retailers, distribution utilities, electric cooperatives, aggregators and the largest contestable customers. You will carry a named share of that list. You can map it, research every account on it, and personally sit across the table from most of it inside a year.
No spray and pray. No cold-call quotas. Every account you win is a measurable percentage of the whole market, and every one you lose is a competitor's reference. You report to the National Sales Director – Energy Solutions, who owns the national plan; you own the accounts in it.
Research, prioritise and open the accounts on your list, and build a plan for each one that counts
Run a multi-stakeholder sale: CEO and CFO, trading and origination, risk, settlements, IT
Keep a disciplined, honest pipeline. No happy ears; the Director will know your deals as well as you do
Turn the platform's savings into pesos on a specific customer's book, and defend the arithmetic when a risk manager pushes back
Make the case to a retailer on speed and coverage, to a generator on revenue certainty, and to both on cost
Hold the line on what the platform does and doesn't do. Credibility is the whole asset in a market this small
Run the lifecycle with our pre-sales and implementation team: demo, pilot, go-live, adoption, expansion
Get customers genuinely using Gemini: logged in, running tenders through it, administering live contracts in it. Licence revenue from software on a shelf is borrowed, not earned
Own your adoption numbers as seriously as your sales number. In a market of 300 the renewal and the reference call are the same conversation
Bring real objections, regulatory movement and competitor behaviour back to product and engineering, and expect the roadmap to move when you do
Senior enterprise SaaS sales experience, 6+ years. This is a must: software sold to organisations, through multiple stakeholders, on multi-month cycles, with a deal-by-deal record you can walk us through. This is not a first or second sales job
Numerate by instinct. You are comfortable with hedging, contract structures and risk, and you can hold that conversation with a finance head or a trading desk without reading from a slide
Proven at taking a complex, multi-stakeholder sale from first meeting to live usage, not just to signature
Sell on the value a product creates, not the features it has
Philippine electricity market knowledge (WESM, bilateral contracting, retail competition) is a strong advantage. Energy trading, commodity risk or financial-markets SaaS from another market also works
Comfortable in an enterprise IT conversation: integration, data security, compliance. You won't write the answers, but you need to know what's being asked
Genuinely consultative. You would rather lose a deal than promise something the platform can't do
Based within a practical commute of Alabang, and happy to be in front of customers across Metro Manila and beyond
The hard part is done. The product exists, the mathematics is validated, the patents are filed, and we lead on both price and technology. What's missing is the seller in the room.
A market you can hold in your head. Roughly 300 to 350 organisations, all nameable, all reachable. Depth wins here, not volume, and in a market this size every participant knows every other one. Get the first ten right and the rest come looking for you.
You'll be visible. You work directly with the National Sales Director, our founder and group leadership. Land Gemini's early adopters and you've helped put a category-defining platform into a national market. That is a career line very few sales roles offer.
We are founder-led, self-funded and deliberately unbureaucratic. Decisions get made in days. Our ethos is smart, rigorous and trustworthy: we prefer strategy to tactics and time in the market to a fast close. We don't rush, and we don't oversell to get a signature.
Competitive base with uncapped commission - OTE ₱120,000 to ₱200,000 per month
A patent-pending platform at the moment it goes to market, and a finite list of accounts that is yours
Direct access to the National Sales Director, founder and group leadership
Hybrid working, and a team that measures outcomes rather than hours
