Job summary

Pi Energy is seeking a Commercial Business Development Officer to expand our customer base across market segments in the Philippines. You will build end-to-end pipelines, engage customers, and manage assigned accounts and leads, including contracts and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business or engineering field.
• 2+ years in business development or B2B sales; energy/renewables industry preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end customer pipeline; maintain regular account engagement.
• Align proposals with customer requirements, include simulations and technical needs.
• Ensure proposals respect customer budgets where possible.
• Qualify coverage plans in the assigned area; drive opportunities to closing and revenue targets.
• Implement processes to generate, qualify, and develop leads; document in CRM.
• Maintain complete CRM/Salesforce logging and real-time tracking of opportunities.
