Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a CAAS Energy Land - Owner Relations Support in Cebu or Manila, Philippines. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on administrative and data support for North American energy advisory teams, with a night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT.

You will organize digital archives, manage stakeholder communications, and maintain large datasets using Excel and SharePoint, ensuring timely, accurate reports and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of progressive office administration or corporate data support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro for document handling.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international stakeholders; comfortable with collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom).

Responsibilities

• Organize digital mail folders, analyze document workflows, and standardize file-naming for land and asset data records.
• Manage shared inboxes/voicemails; draft professional responses to inquiries from owners and stakeholders.
• Lead high-volume data entry and maintain Owner Relations Logs across multiple clients in Excel; monitor delivery times and tasks.
• Maintain digital filing architecture across SharePoint platforms; ensure secure, structured archives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual land administration reports; ensure timesheets and logs meet protocol.
• Own your queue and coordinate with onshore Land Administration Team to keep everyone aligned on status.
