Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a CAAS-OA Senior Associate to manage client accounting engagements for US portfolios in Cebu or Manila. You will oversee month-end close, prepare complex financial reports, supervise staff, and ensure GAAP compliance.

You will lead engagement meetings with US clients, mentor junior staff, and drive efficiency using cloud systems like QuickBooks Online and Excel. The role includes night shifts to align with US hours and onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and cloud accounting software (QBO).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagements from planning through close and prepare financial statements.
• Supervise staff associates and provide mentorship and performance feedback.
• Serve as liaison for US clients, leading engagement meetings.
• Track engagement metrics and improve processes using cloud accounting systems.
