Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related four-year course.
• Experience in account management, customer relations, sales, energy, utilities, or related industry preferred.
• Knowledge of the power sector, energy market, technical operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, requests, and account-related matters.
• Manage and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Conduct regular billing and payment follow-ups to support collection targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and account-related documents and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns and fulfill requirements.
