Job summary

Fujifilm Philippines Inc. is seeking a Service Sales Specialist to drive revenue from service contracts, preventive maintenance, spare parts and after-sales solutions for ENDOSCOPY equipment.

You will build strong relationships with hospitals and clinics, collaborate with service engineers, and develop customised proposals that align offerings with client needs and hospital goals. The role also involves market insights, forecasting, and contributing to strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of service sales experience in medical devices, healthcare solutions or endoscopy services.
• Strong knowledge of endoscopy equipment and service operations.
• Strong customer service skill background with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Flexible approach to work and be prepared to work extra hours as required.
• Willing to take on challenging assignment.
• Team player, but willing to accept responsibility.
• Positive attitude, enthusiastic and honest.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell service contracts, upgrades spare parts and value added services for Endoscopy equipment.
• Develop new business opportunities with hospitals, diagnostic centers and clinics.
• Prepare and present customised proposals and quotations based on client needs.
• Achieve assigned service sales target and expand company's service footprint in the healthcare market.
• Build and maintain long term relationships with key decision makers including Biomed engineers, radiology heads and hospital administrators.
• Conduct regular client visits and courtesy calls to ensure satisfaction with existing services.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and escalations in coordination with service team.
• Support service team in contract renewals, warranty conversions and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing team for promotions, events and customer education programs.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to management for strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate records of service sales activities, pipeline and forecast in Kinstone system.
