Qualifications

• Bachelor/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Undergraduate with prior IT experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
• Familiar with IT systems and technical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide professional technical assistance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
• Collaborate with other support teams to resolve complex or escalated issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of incidents, action taken, and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams as necessary.
• Provide on-site technical support when required.
• Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and technologies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
