Job summary

ECI is seeking a Transition Engineer - Field Services Migration Specialist in a hybrid role based in Taguig. You will migrate and support workstation and device platforms for clients across finance, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities include enrolling devices in Intune, migrating to Azure AD, and providing expert support for Office 365 apps, Teams, and SharePoint Online. Excellent problem solving and customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Supports Windows Desktop, MacOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices (2–5 years).
• Experience with MSP or enterprise device migrations is a plus.
• Familiar with Azure AD, Intune MDM/MAM, and Microsoft 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Set up and migrate Windows/MacOS devices to Azure AD, Intune MDM/MAM, and on-prem AD.
• Guide end users on enrolling iOS/iPadOS and Android devices via Company Portal.
• Provide support for Office apps, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
