Job summary

Eastvantage is seeking an experienced End User Computing Architect in the Philippines to design, implement, and support enterprise Modern Workplace environments. This role focuses on Microsoft technologies, Intune, and secure endpoint management, with flexible office and remote work options.

You will lead deployments, manage devices across Windows, iOS, and Android, and mentor teams while creating technical documentation and SOPs to shape the digital workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EUC, Endpoint, or technology architecture experience.
• Hands-on Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, and Autopilot expertise.
• Experience with endpoint security, compliance, and patch management.
• Experience managing Apple/iOS and Android environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and support Modern Workplace architecture for enterprise.
• Architect and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for devices, security and compliance.
• Lead deployment, testing, and release of Microsoft 365 and endpoint solutions.
• Manage Windows 10/11, Autopilot, SOE, apps, and endpoint updates.
• Manage iOS and Android devices via Apple Business Manager and Knox.
• Oversee endpoint security, compliance, policies and remediation.
• Resolve complex EUC and Service Desk escalations.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs and mentor staff.

We are searching for an experienced End User Computing Architect with a strong background in Microsoft technologies, endpoint management, Intune, and Modern Workplace solutions. If you have experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise technology environments, we want you on our team.

Role: End User Computing Architect

What You'll Do:

• Design and support enterprise infrastructure and Modern Workplace architecture
• Architect and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for devices, security, and compliance
• Lead deployment, testing, and release of Microsoft 365 and endpoint solutions
• Manage Windows 10/11, Autopilot, SOE, applications, and endpoint updates
• Manage iOS and Android devices through Apple Business Manager and Samsung Knox
• Manage endpoint security, compliance, policies, and remediation
• Resolve complex L3/EUC and Service Desk escalations
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and IT stakeholders
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and provide knowledge transfer and mentoring

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in EUC, Endpoint, Modern Workplace, or Technology Architecture
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, and Autopilot
• Experience with endpoint security, compliance, application deployment, and patch management
• Experience managing Apple/iOS and Android mobile environments
• Strong Microsoft 365 / Office 365 experience
• Experience with solution architecture, testing, deployment, and change management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
