Job summary

ECI is seeking a Transition Engineer - Field Services Migration Specialist to deliver workstation and mobile device platform conversions for clients across industries. You will migrate, educate, and support end users as part of their cloud onboarding journey.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience supporting Windows Desktop, MacOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices.

Responsibilities

• Set up Windows/MacOS computers and enroll devices in Azure AD, Intune MDM/MAM.
• Migrate devices to MS Azure, Intune MDM, and on-premises AD while ensuring policy compliance.
• Guide users through enrolling iOS/Android devices with Intune MDM/MAM via Company Portal.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive issues.
• Provide Active Directory support including password resets and user management.
• Use RMM and other tech tools for remote support and device management.
• Participate in after-hours/weekend cloud migrations for end-user devices.
• Apply basic network concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
