Job summary

ECI is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Taguig, Metro Manila, to play a key role in technical delivery and drive technology programs, including Cloud implementation and desktop engineering. This role requires advanced knowledge in Microsoft 365/Azure and experience in a technology administration role.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with cloud infrastructures, provide advanced support, and take ownership of complex technical challenges. If you have a Bachelor's degree in IT or comparable experience, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years comparable experience in a technology administration role.
• Experience in administration of e-mail platforms and security integrations such as Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and its management.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support of cloud infrastructures such as Microsoft 365/Azure.
• Collaborate with support teams and act as a tier 3 escalation point.
• Document processes and procedures for internal knowledge base.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems

Advanced administration experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure

Proficient in incident response management

Experience in virtualization administration

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
