Formación

• Minimum 5 years as Recruitment Specialist with sourcing focus.
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HR metrics analysis and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to selection.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Support offers, contracts, and pre-employment requirements.
• Plan and support HR events and employee initiatives.
