Job summary

Canon Business Service Centre Philippines is seeking a Recruitment & Selection professional to manage candidates for Canon nationwide needs, primarily through phone screenings, assessments, and initial interviews, leading to job offers and onboarding.

You will liaise with hiring managers, monitor ticketing, manage the CBSC careers inbox, and build a strong candidate pool with ongoing reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
• 2 years related work experience.
• Knowledge and exposure to a range of HR issues and practices, especially recruitment.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and end-to-end selection techniques.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and customer satisfaction focus.
• Ability to respond with urgency and influence managers when required.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates by phone and assess fit for roles.
• Conduct initial interviews and reference checks as requested by hiring managers.
• Present job offers and facilitate acceptance.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies as needed.
• Maintain and update CBSC Recruitment Database and reports.
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks.
