Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
• 2 years related work experience.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to respond with urgency.
• Ability to influence and advise managers.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Canon vacancies, from phone screenings to offers and onboarding.
• Liaise with hiring managers on role specifications and staffing needs.
• Monitor requisitions and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update the CBSC/Candidate Database and recruitment inbox.
• Coordinate with external recruitment agencies as needed.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to build a strong talent pool.
• Produce monthly reports and assist with process improvements.
