Job summary

Orro Home in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing qualified candidates, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill vacancies efficiently.

You will leverage JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline. This onsite role requires working Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Tirad, Quezon City, with a focus on timely

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring experience.
• Proactive in finding qualified applicants.
• Familiar with JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Willing to work onsite in Tirad, Quezon City.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source qualified applicants through JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions with department heads and hiring managers.
• Manage applicant status and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain an updated applicant database, recruitment records, and reports.
• Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates on hiring requirements.
• Assist in preparing job offers and coordinating pre-employment requirements.
• Support the onboarding process of newly hired employees.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
