Job summary

Orro Home in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor to lead our HR recruitment function. This full-time role oversees the entire recruitment cycle, mentors the team, and drives talent acquisition aligned with business goals.

You will develop strategies to attract top talent, manage relationships with agencies and institutions, and ensure efficient, compliant hiring processes. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in recruitment are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Proven track record recruiting diverse roles
• Strong knowledge of Philippine employment laws and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding
• Lead and mentor recruitment team; provide guidance and feedback
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract candidates
• Build relationships with agencies, schools, and networks to expand pipelines
• Review and optimize processes to reduce time-to-hire and improve candidate experience
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and internal controls
• Prepare recruitment reports tracking cost-per-hire and time-to-fill
• Collaborate with managers to plan staffing and define tailored recruitment plans
• Conduct interviews for senior roles and participate in final selections
• Manage recruitment budget and vendor costs while maintaining quality
