Job summary

Boomering Inc in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions, from sourcing through successful hire and start-date readiness. You will build qualified candidate pipelines, conduct Talent Acquisition interviews, and manage progression with stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality hires.

The role requires collaboration with Account Management, candidates, and hiring managers, and the ability to handle multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or related industry.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the recruitment process.
• Experience using job boards, candidate databases, ATS or recruitment management systems.
• Strong communication, interviewing, organization, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned requisitions end-to-end from sourcing to hire.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and role fit.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support hiring timelines.
• Endorse qualified candidates and coordinate progression with Account Management and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication, interviews, feedback, offers and follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment records in the ATS and other platforms.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience while meeting recruitment standards.
