Boomering Inc. is seeking two Recruitment Consultants to join a fast-paced team supporting Australia-based candidates and vacancies. The role focuses on recruitment delivery, candidate engagement and vacancy ownership, handling end-to-end processes from sourcing through to placement.

You will manage pipelines, conduct high-volume calls, and work toward weekly KPI targets in a dynamic BPO environment. This WFO position offers a competitive salary in the 40k–60k PHP range, regular performance

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

We are looking for two experienced and driven Recruitment Consultants to join a fast-paced recruitment team supporting candidates and vacancies across Australia.

This role is heavily focused on recruitment delivery, candidate engagement, and vacancy ownership rather than administration. You will manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and work at pace to successfully fill allocated vacancies.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people, is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, and can take ownership of recruitment outcomes from initial sourcing through to placement.

As a Recruitment Consultant:

You will play a key role in connecting suitable candidates with opportunities across industries including civil construction, solar and renewable energy, mining, and resources.

You will proactively source, screen, interview, qualify, and manage candidates while maintaining accurate information within Bullhorn. You will work directly with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, ensuring they remain engaged, informed, and prepared for each stage of the process.

This is a performance-driven role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving recruitment environment and is motivated by achieving measurable weekly results.

Your Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant would be:

• Source and screen candidates through SEEK, Bullhorn, and other relevant job boards and recruitment channels.
• Conduct high-volume outbound candidate calls, including screening, follow-ups, re-engagement, and candidate care.
• Interview, register, and qualify candidates against live vacancies.
• Assess candidate suitability, experience, availability, and employment preferences.
• Submit qualified candidates for suitable vacancies.
• Conduct professional reference checks.
• Coordinate medicals, inductions, interviews, and candidate mobilisation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, activity notes, and pipeline information within Bullhorn.
• Proactively manage candidate pipelines and re-engage suitable candidates for new opportunities.
• Support candidates already progressing through the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Take ownership of allocated vacancies from initial sourcing through to successful placement and commencement.
• Consistently meet or exceed agreed weekly recruitment and activity KPIs.

Weekly Performance Expectations

As a minimum, you will generally be expected to achieve:

• 100 candidate phone calls
• 10 qualified candidate submissions
• 5 placements/starts
• 10 online candidate interviews
• 10 reference checks
• 100% accurate CRM activity and candidate notes

Calls will include screening candidates, discussing available opportunities, following up applicants, re-engaging existing candidates, and supporting candidates already progressing through the recruitment process.

What We Are Looking For

Ideally, you will have previous blue-collar recruitment experience, particularly across:

• Civil construction
• Solar and renewable energy
• Mining and resources

You will also bring:

• Previous experience in recruitment delivery or end-to-end recruitment.
• Confidence managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Experience working within a high-volume, KPI-driven recruitment environment.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and qualification skills.
• Confidence conducting a high volume of outbound candidate calls.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates throughout Australia.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• A proactive, accountable approach to vacancy ownership.
• Strong attention to detail when maintaining CRM records and candidate notes.
• Experience using Bullhorn or a similar recruitment CRM would be highly advantageous.
