Job summary

Boomering Inc in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions, from sourcing through successful hire and start-date readiness. You will build qualified candidate pipelines, conduct Talent Acquisition interviews, and manage progression with stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or related industry.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the recruitment process.
• Experience using job boards, candidate databases, ATS or recruitment management systems.
• Strong communication, interviewing, organization, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of assigned requisitions, from sourcing and candidate qualification through successful hire and start-date readiness. The role is accountable for building qualified candidate pipelines, conducting Talent Acquisition interviews, managing candidate progression, coordinating with recruitment stakeholders, and delivering timely and quality hiring outcomes in accordance with Boomering's recruitment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned requisitions throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through successful hire.

• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, direct sourcing, and other appropriate recruitment channels.

• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, role fit, motivation and alignment with hiring requirements.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support hiring requirements and recruitment timelines.

• Endorse qualified candidates and coordinate their progression with Account Management, clients, hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Manage candidate communication, interviews, feedback, offers and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate and timely recruitment records and candidate information in the ATS and other approved platforms.

• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience while meeting Boomering's recruitment standards and hiring objectives.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field.

• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or other relevant industry.

• Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the recruitment process.

• Experience using job boards, candidate databases, other recruitment channels; and ATS or recruitment management systems.

• Strong communication, interviewing, organization, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting for specialized, niche, or hard-to-fill roles.

• Exposure to client-facing or hiring manager-driven recruitment.

• Experience in direct sourcing, Boolean search, talent mapping, referrals, and database re-engagement.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruitment tools or recruitment automation platforms.
