Job summary

ARKRAY, Inc. in Cavite City invites applications for an Order Services Support Representative. You will manage end-to-end order operations, coordinate fulfillment, and provide customer and distributor support to ensure timely order execution.

You will own daily workflow on our ERP system, balance workload, and resolve order issues while maintaining high service standards. 1–2 years in customer service preferred; strong attention to detail required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong understanding of order management processes and logistics coordination.
• Ability to learn server-based software and PC packages (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end order operations including processing, fulfillment coordination, and customer support.
• Own daily execution, workload balancing, and performance on the ERP system.
• Serve as a point of contact for complex or high-priority order issues and drive timely resolution.
• Take calls from account representatives and assist with sales support activities like order processing and literature.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehousing, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
