Job summary

• Proficiency with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of customer orders in a timely, accurate manner.
• Send order acknowledgments to customers.
• Answer questions related to ordering process.
• Create quotes for customers.
• Follow up to ensure orders are shipped and invoiced on time.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to address customer needs.
