You will monitor order-to-delivery timelines and coordinate with internal teams on complex orders and lease activations.

The role requires strong data entry discipline, customer focus, and the ability to manage documentation, pricing, and month-end reporting to support smooth operations and prompt payments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Order Management Process.
• Check quotes for completeness and accuracy against signed paperwork before booking.
• Monitor lead times per SLAs to ensure timely invoicing.
• Escalate orders pending credit clearance for lease arrangements.
• Maintain clean, complete order data and update install base records.
• Coordinate loan/trial deliveries and returns with customers.
• Handle external lease activations and ensure prompt payments.
• Administer month-end processes and pricing accuracy for reporting.
