The role requires 10+ years of BPO operations leadership, strong coaching ability, and proven process optimization skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven success in an operations management role in a BPO-setting.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management to senior leadership and directors.
• Ability to coach, develop action plans, maximize performance, and provide effective feedback.
• Strong capability in analyzing and improving work processes with actionable plans.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the business strategy for assigned business units.
• Assess production, profitability, resource reports, and program descriptions; advise senior leadership on process efficiencies.
• Promote direct reports' development through continuous training.
• Ensure work is allocated and executed per policies and requirements.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and integrate automation solutions.
• Lead kaizen initiatives and standardize internal audit processes for data integrity.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships; meet and exceed expectations.
• Lead quality management systems across programs to ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports and ensure Code of Conduct adherence.
• Conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews and support development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance tools, reporting systems, and training frameworks.
• Participate in business reviews with clients and contribute insights.
