Job summary

Canon BusinessServices Centre Philippines is seeking an Order Management Specialist to own the end-to-end order lifecycle, from quote through delivery and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. • Specialist knowledge of product and solutions to understand implications for order process
• Sales and customer-centric background with accurate data entry and strong analytical skills
• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any business-related discipline

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Order Management Process
• Monitor the order lead-time to ensure timely invoicing
• Escalate orders pending credit clearance
• Monitor and clean up incomplete orders
• Manage loan/trial machine deliveries and collections
• Handle return process
• Manage External Lease orders through activation for prompt payment
• Process Movement Requests for customer collections
• Check the clean order requirements and cleanse data
• Contract Administration with complex orders and pricing
• Liaise on transport SLA results and resolving claims
• Administer month end procedures and accruals
• Maintain pricing reports
• Attend customer review meetings to audit queries and suggest improvements
• Use reports to track order status and resolve issues
