Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of work experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve recruitment goals.
• Strong business acumen and proactive problem-solving to address challenges.
• Solid interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate suitability.
• Must be willing to work on-site in MOA, Pasay.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill staffing requisitions with qualified candidates.
• Continuously monitor and assess recruitment processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to meet targets, headcount, and timelines.
• Partner with management to understand hiring needs across levels.
• Conduct ongoing research on recruitment trends and best practices to attract talent.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports with qualitative and quantitative insights.
