Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Customer Support Manager to oversee the end-to-end customer relationship process, establish a structured support system, and ensure all interactions are recorded and resolved. The role emphasizes CRM, documentation, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement of customer experience.

You will manage a centralized customer database, develop dashboards, and lead a team to monitor satisfaction, handle inquiries, and drive retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, CRM, or Customer Support, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in creating or managing a customer database, CRM, or customer support system.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and customer management systems.
• Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, healthcare, wellness, or consumer products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and organize the end-to-end customer relationship process.
• Establish a structured customer support system and centralized database.
• Monitor customer concerns and ensure proper recording, follow-up, and resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, and other departments.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor customer activity and concerns.
• Develop and improve customer service policies, workflows, and guidelines.
