QBE Insurance Group is seeking a Claims Specialist in the Philippines to manage claims end-to-end within policy guidelines and regulatory requirements. You will interact with customers, coordinate with suppliers, assessors, and underwriters to settle claims and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders.

The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent English communication, and experience in claims processing.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage claims end-to-end within parameters of claims manual, policies and relevant legislation.
• Ensure compliance within delegated authority limits.
• Maintain effective and proactive communication with customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and assessors to settle claims.
• Set claim costs and update on time as reports are received.
