QBE Group Shared Services Centre is seeking an experienced claims professional to manage end-to-end claim processing within our policy framework and regulatory guidelines. You will engage with customers and suppliers, set cost estimates, and ensure timely payments while maintaining compliance with delegated authorities.

The role emphasizes policy interpretation, fraud awareness, recovery opportunities, and collaboration with underwriters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Preferably with Case Management Skills.
• Proficiency in MS tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims end to end within policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure compliance within delegated authority limits.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and suppliers.
• Set claim cost estimates and provide timely updates from assessors.
• Raise payments within delegations of authority.
• Interpret policy coverage and inform customers of decisions.
• Determine best fulfillment method and identify potential fraud.
• Identify recovery opportunities and provide feedback to underwriters.
• Support process improvements and maintain compliance with new requirements.
