Job summary

You will decide claim outcomes, communicate with customers, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor performance against SLAs while flagging potential fraud for investigation.

Strong English communication, analytical thinking, and proficiency with MS tools are essential; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Customer service skills and strong English communication.
• Proficiency with MS tools and analytical/negotiation abilities.
• Preference for Case Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end claims within policy, manual, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance within delegated authority limits.
• Communicate proactively with customers and coordinate with suppliers.
• Set claim cost expectations and update timely reports by assessors.
• Identify fraudulent claims for referral to Investigations.
