Job summary

Finsure, a leading Australian mortgage group, is seeking an experienced Australian Mortgage Loan Processor to support brokers end-to-end from the Philippines. The role offers day shift hours, career progression, and a hybrid work setup.

You will review fact finds, prepare applications via ApplyOnline, ensure compliance with NCCP/BID/AML/CTF, and liaise with lenders, solicitors, and support teams. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Australian residential mortgage processing.
• Strong understanding of Australian lender credit policies.
• Working knowledge of NCCP, BID, AML/CTF.
• End-to-end loan processing experience (lodgement to settlement).
• Hands-on experience using ApplyOnline (required).
• Experience with Australian lender portals.
• Exposure to complex loans (self-employed, trusts, multiple securities).
• Understanding of living expenses, servicing, and credit assessment.
• Experience using CoreLogic / RP Data or similar valuation tools.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review fact finds, client notes, and loan scenarios.
• Prepare and submit loan applications via CRM and ApplyOnline.
• Identify missing documents and follow up with brokers/clients.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with lender policies.
• Manage valuations, credit conditions, and lender requests.
• Provide regular status updates to brokers and clients.
• Review conditional and formal approvals.
• Ensure all conditions are met before settlement.
• Coordinate discharge authorities for refinances.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and settlement teams.
• Maintain accurate file notes, documentation, and WIP pipeline.
• Meet internal SLAs and service standards.
