Sysgen RPO, Inc. is seeking an experienced Australian Mortgage Loan Processor to support Australian mortgage brokers from application through settlement. You will manage end-to-end processing, leverage ApplyOnline and Australian lender portals, and ensure compliance with NCCP, BID, and AML/CTF requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Australian residential mortgage processing experience.
• End-to-end mortgage processing experience from lodgement to settlement.
• Hands-on experience with ApplyOnline (required).
• Experience using Australian lender portals.
• Strong understanding of Australian lender credit policies.
• Knowledge of NCCP, BID, and AML/CTF requirements.
• Experience handling complex loan applications (e.g., self-employed, trusts, multiple securities) is an advantage.
• Understanding of servicing calculations, living expenses, and credit assessment.
• Experience using valuation platforms such as CoreLogic or RP Data is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Review client information, fact finds, and loan scenarios.
• Prepare and lodge loan applications using mortgage CRM systems and ApplyOnline.
• Follow up on outstanding documents with brokers and clients.
• Ensure loan applications comply with Australian lender policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate valuations, lender requests, and credit conditions.
• Provide regular updates to brokers and stakeholders regarding loan status.
• Review conditional and formal approvals.
• Ensure all settlement requirements are completed on time.
• Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and settlement teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, file notes, and pipeline updates.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
