You will be responsible for reviewing, preparing and issuing global employment contracts as well as facilitating the return of signed employment documents. In collaboration with the recruitment team, you will resolve starter form discrepancies, update HR systems, answer any queries and manage the end-to-end starter loading process.
In addition, you will be involved in system testing, managing stakeholder communication, conducting data analysis and reporting, and collaborating on strategies and change initiatives, including preparing ad hoc reports.
