QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, or a related position.
- Strong background in employee relations, handling employee concerns, disciplinary cases, and HR documentation is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential employee information professionally.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple cases or tasks.
- Willing to learn and develop skills in Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Relations – Primary Focus
- Handle and respond to employee concerns, grievances, and workplace-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and coordinate with concerned departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Conduct initial fact-finding and gather relevant information regarding employee complaints and workplace incidents.
- Assist in handling employee disciplinary cases and ensure proper documentation of incidents and actions taken.
- Prepare and issue appropriate employee-related documents, notices, and communications in coordination with HR management.
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of Incident Reports, Notice to Explain (NTE), and other disciplinary documents, as applicable.
- Monitor pending employee concerns and ensure that cases are properly followed up and documented.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and case files.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding company policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate with supervisors and department heads in addressing employee-related matters.
- Assist in ensuring that employee relations practices are aligned with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Escalate complex or sensitive employee concerns to the HR Manager or appropriate management personnel.
Talent Acquisition – Secondary Focus
- Sourcing candidates through JobStreet, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and screen resumes based on approved job qualifications.
- Conduct initial interviews and applicant screening.
- Coordinate interview schedules with applicants and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant trackers and recruitment records.
- Conduct applicant follow-ups regarding interview results, requirements, and employment status.
- Assist with job posting, candidate endorsement, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination.
- Support other recruitment activities as assigned.
