Job summary

GoTeam is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist in Cebu City, Philippines. This onsite role (6 months) progresses to a hybrid setup, handling policy reviews, investigations, and coaching managers on fair workplace practices.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree in a related field, 2 years in ER within a BPO, strong employment law knowledge, and solid MS Office skills. You’ll support CHROs with timely ER reporting and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or related field.
• 2 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR within a BPO.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and practical HR application.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Review HR policies to identify gaps and improvements.
• Track changes in employment laws and regulations and apply updates.
• Roll out updated policies with clear guidance for managers and teams.
• Receive and review employee complaints with discretion and fairness.
• Conduct investigations including interviews and document review.
• Analyze findings and recommend resolutions or corrective action.
• Deliver ER reports and trend analyses to management.
• Provide training on ER policies and best practices.
