Job summary

VAP is seeking an HR Employee Relations Specialist to manage and resolve employee relations matters throughout the lifecycle. You will handle workplace concerns, investigations, and disciplinary cases while guiding employees and leaders to maintain a fair, respectful, and accountable workplace.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in Employee Relations, preferably in a high-volume or BPO environment, and a BA/BS in a related field. Cebu site (IT Park, Cebu City) familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Employee Relations or a similar HR role.
• Experience in BPO/KPO/Virtual Assistant or high-volume environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, Management or related field preferred.
• Hands-on handling of complaints, grievances, attendance, discipline, and workplace issues.
• Experience conducting or supporting investigations with reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases across the employee lifecycle.
• Handle complaints, grievances, attendance and conduct issues, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct and support workplace investigations, gathering information and evaluating evidence.
• Prepare investigation reports, findings, and ER-related documentation.
• Guide employees and leaders on ER policies and appropriate actions.
• Ensure processes are fair, confidential, and aligned with policies.
• Apply Philippine labour laws, DOLE regulations, and employment standards.
