Job summary

GoTeam is seeking an HR Operations Manager in Cebu City with a hybrid work model. You will own end-to-end HR operations, HRIS data integrity, and benefits administration, acting as the backbone of the HR function and collaborating with leadership to scale processes.

The role requires 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, hands-on HRIS experience, and comfort with data reporting. We offer a free AI certification and a comprehensive benefits package under a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience across the full HR lifecycle (not ER-specialized).
• Hands-on HRIS experience with common systems (Sprout, BambooHR, Workday, or SuccessFactors).
• Strong reporting skills in Excel/Power BI/Tableau and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, offboarding, records, and workflows end to end.
• Build and maintain SOPs that keep HR clean as GoTeam scales.
• Own data integrity, reporting, and self-service tools in the HRIS.
• Keep the HRIS running clean across Sprout/BambooHR/Workday or similar.
• Manage HMO enrollment and insurance workflows.
• Benchmark benefits to keep GoTeam competitive.
• Operationalize leadership frameworks into day-to-day processes.
• Document and train teams on processes, department by department.
• Maintain dashboards on headcount, attrition, engagement, and benefits.
• Deliver clean, decision-ready reporting to leadership.
• Support recruitment, engagement initiatives, and cross-functional HR needs.
• Equip HRBPs with tools, data, and process support to ensure consistency.
• Keep operational standards consistent across the business.
